Refund policy
Because our chocolates are shelf-stable but still perishable, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once products have left our facility.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at hi@lujischocolate.com within 10 days of delivery. Include your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.If your shipment arrived damaged, we kindly ask that you provide photos of the packaging and products so we can assess what happened and determine eligibility for a replacement or reimbursement.
